How far along: 13 weeks
Symptoms: Up and down this week. Still having the bursts of nausea a couple times a day. I am exhausted by 6pm and barely have enough energy to get Little I ready for bed or do anything productive in the evening. I desperately have to get Little I’s birthday sorted. Gawd help me when Rob deploys!!
Food Cravings: Carbs and fruit. An interesting combination. Particularly interested in bread and butter and crisps on the carb front. And apples and berries on the fruit side.
Movement: Nope, hopefully soon though – I was 16 weeks when I first felt Little I kick.
Sleep: A bit mixed as per usual. Some good nights, some bad. Had some very odd dreams again this week. And am starting to get a little uncomfortable in my hips.
Stretch Marks: Nope :)
Miss Anything: Coffee in the morning to keep me awake.
Best Moment: The NHS scan! I’ve actually been put ahead by almost a week so my due date has moved into September. Exciting! Little I was a week early so who knows what will happen this time round. Baby was a great little poser and gave us some fab shots. You can read more about it here. And I’ll pop our mini vlog below once it’s live.
Worst Moment: Just the headaches. Makes everything super hard to get on with.
Looking forward to: Having a bump. And booking a holiday for before Rob deploys. Any holiday maternity swimwear and clothing suggestions?
