The New Toddlebike 2.
I don’t know many children who don’t like finding new ways to move around, mainly involving some form of wheels. The minute Little I could walk she became obsessed with using her walker as a skateboard, her trike as a surfboard and her pram as a personal chauffer service for her toys and bricks.
Therefore, anything with wheels is very welcome in our house and we have been putting the Toddlebike 2 to the test over the past month.
Little I’s face literally lit up when I opened the box and out popped a lovely little Red and Black Toddlebike2. She immediately started jumping up and down and shouting ‘MY, MY, MY’ which we take to mean as ‘is that for me? Oh wow thank you’. Ha.
The Toddlebike was born when it’s founder spotted a gap in the market for independent toddlers wanting to play on bikes that were a bit too dangerous for them at their age. It is widely recognised by the cycling community and is a bestseller on Amazon, for good reason! it is aimed at 1 – 3 year olds who can walk with confidence.
The Toddlebike 2 comes in three colours – Red, Blue and Pink. The first thing I noticed about it was how lightweight it is. It barely weighs anything, which is great when you want to go out and about and can’t be bothered carting round a full on trike.
It took Little I a few go’s to master the balance aspect of the Toddlebike2, probably due to the fact that it is so lightweight. We had a couple incidents where she went over the front of it because she was a bit too enthusiastic and shot off like a rocket, but she soon got the hang of it.
The Toddlebike2 is great for developing your child’s balance and helping them get prepared early for cycling in the future.
We love taking it out and about to the beach…
To the park…
To other people’s houses…
The possibilities are endless as it is so easy to transport to wherever it is needed.
The Toddlebike2 is definitely one to add to the Christmas list, if you haven’t already, and it’s a bargain at only £23.95 RRP.
Do you think your little ones would enjoy their first step on the road to cycling with the Toddlebike2?
