Quite a few of you lovely lot have asked for some Christmas kids’ gift guides so who am I to disappoint! Ask and you shall receive and all that. I’ve just done ideas for the ages that my kids are, so one and three.
One year olds are great to buy for because they don’t want anything! There’s no opinions to contend with and half the time they’re just as happy with the wrapping as they are with the actual gift. It’s the time of your kid’s life where you can get away with not buying much and
In the past, with Little I, I’ve enjoyed getting her a few toys, a couple books, some clothes, anything I’ve felt too guilty to buy her all year and then a special day out somewhere.
Here are my one year old Christmas gift ideas:
Wee Gallery Black and White book
Set of books
Fisher-Price laugh and learn cookie shape surprise
Hungry Caterpillar toy
Fisher-Price bright lights build a beat
Three year olds, on the other hand, (or ‘three and a half’ as I’m constantly reminded by my daughter) are just starting to grasp an understanding of the concept of Christmas and the fact that it sometimes also means getting a few special gifts.
I’ve found this year is the first year that I’ve been able to ask Little I what she would like. She would really like a bike from Santa so we’ll see if she’s been good enough for that and if it materialises. YA HEAR THAT LITTLE I! 🙂
Here are some other ideas I have for her, and then lots of extra ideas for your little ones as well:
Let me know what you’re getting for your kiddos!
