I have worn glasses since I was about 14 and have always been quite fussy with what I think suits me! These days I tend to wear my contact lenses a lot but love popping my glasses on when I get home from work, or at the weekend.
Recently, I ordered a few pairs of glasses from iChoose and loved how easy it all was. You literally go on their website, choose your glasses frames – the shape and colour, choose your interchangeable sides – so many colours and textures to choose from, and then choose your lenses – distance, computer, reading, varifocal, blank or no lenses. Lots of choice, but it’s so easy to do.
For me, the interchangeable sides are the biggest selling point of these glasses! How cool is it that you can choose from plain, bright, foil, transparent, animal print, pearl, matte, stripe and many more patterns and colours? It means you end up with a pair of glasses which can be suited to different occasions and moods. Sometimes I need plainer sides – for work etc – and then other times I’m more of a leopard print girl.
It’s great value for money too. Feels like you’re getting more than one pair of glasses for the price of one!
I went for the Denholme Black frames with Brown Leopard sides, the Woodley Black frames with Black sides and the Frome Black frames with Grey Leopard sides. All three glasses also came with original sides too.
I wear mine so much and have had lots of compliments and questions about them because I love showing people the sides coming on and off!
Another great thing, for us busy bees, is that your glasses get delivered straight to your door. They come in really handy roll up cases, where you can store your multiple sides with your frames, which are great for travelling.
They’re a good price too with all glasses retailing for £60. To find out more about iChoose glasses, check out their website here.
