If you watch our vlogs, or my Instagram stories, you’ll know we’re massive fans of Quorn in our house! I’ve been eating it since I turned vegetarian at the age of 12 and have carried on eating through 12 years of being a vegetarian, and then when I started eating meat again. I’m now back to mainly not eating meat but the kids and Rob do eat meat, so we are a bit of a mixed household. Whenever we make anything with ‘mince’, it’s always with Quorn mince and we tend to use the Quorn pieces a lot as well.
I’ve been trying to mix it up recently and see what else we can make with the Quorn range. The crispy nuggets are really tasty but I struggled to think of what else to do with them, other than just popping them on a plate with some beans and potato croquettes (or something similar). One night we were making fajitas and I suddenly thought ‘OH, the Quorn nuggets would work well like this!’
So, here are our very tasty, and rather quick to make, Quorn crispy nugget wraps!
Ingredients (for a family of 4):
You can always mix it up and have different ingredients and toppings – add in peppers, use guacamole, sprinkle some spice seasoning on the Quorn Crispy Nuggets.
This is now a regular feature on our family menu. Hope you enjoy making them!
Here’s a little video of us making them too:
