Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman: Review and Giveaway*

As a rather busy, usually full time working (but on maternity leave at the moment), mama to a crazy toddler, and soon to be baby, I often worry about whether I’m getting the right amount of vitamins into my poor, overworked body!

seven-seas-perfect-7-woman-review We were sent the Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman multivitamins to try out and they couldn’t have come at a better time. First of all, the lowdown on what’s actually in the Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman:

    • Zinc – for healthy skin and nails
    • Biotin – help maintains normal hair
    • Magnesium – contributes to energy
    • DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) – essential for brain and heart development
    • Vitamin B2 – supports vision
    • EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) – essential to keep hearts healthy
    • Vitamin B6 – supports hormonal activity

It all sounds like pretty good stuff to me.

How I got on

I gave these to a friend, who isn’t pregnant, to try out for me and she raved about how much better her skin and nails felt. She has quite a healthy diet anyway but has found her nails and hair breaking a lot more since having kids. There was an improvement whilst taking the Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman.

When I first was trying for a baby, and when I first got pregnant, I was taking a specific pregnancy vitamin supplement but that tailed off a few months ago through generally being too busy to remember! So I do like taking supplements and I’m sure the Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman will help me get back to feeling like myself quicker after baby is here.

When you’re a new mum to a tiny baby, you can often forget to get all the right vitamins into your diet because you are so focused on making sure baby’s every want and need is catered to. The Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman are a perfect accompaniment to a healthy, balanced diet. Soon after having a baby your hair can really suffer so the fact that these have Biotin in them is a bonus for us new mums.

Price

The Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman retails for £10.49, and are currently on a 3 for 2 offer at Boots. I think it is a reasonable price for a month’s worth of supplements, with the amount of nutrients and vitamins they have in them.

Would I recommend?

Yes, definitely. These are full of great vitamins for us women and are in an easy to take capsule. Just pop them by your bathroom sink and make them part of your morning routine. Easy!
