The weather has turned pretty chilly all of sudden hasn’t it? I’ve even had to de-ice the car twice this week, which hasn’t happened at all this winter! Luckily when it’s cold outside, mountaineering brand Trespass have got us covered. We were lucky enough to be sent this little cutie of a jacket, called the Trespass Suri Down Girls jacket, for Little I to review. And you all know how we feel about fashion over at This Mama Life.
I thought I’d start by sharing the technical bits and bobs, about the Trespass Suri Down Girls Pink jacket, with you and then we’ll get onto the fun part of putting some outfits together.
So the Trespass Suri Down Girls jacket is filled with 50% Down and 50% Feather, which makes it super cosy. The outer shell is made from 100% Polyamide PU Coating and the lining is 100% Polyester Downproof Lining. It is water resistant, 500mm and has a technical rating of TP50, which I had to google! It means waterproof to 2000mm.
Some more features:
The Trespass Suri Down Girls jacket is available in two colours – Pink and Blue. And it comes in sizes 2/3 years through to 11/12 years. Little I will be two in April so we got the age 2/3 jacket and it fits pretty well. It’s just a little long in the arms, but we roll them up.
And here it is in action!
Little I has had lots of compliments on her Trespass Suri Down Girls jacket, especially when we go into nursery. Everyone seems to like the bright Pink colour and have commented on how cosy it looks. Little I herself, is a huge fan. If she spots her Trespass Suri Down Girls jacket before any other jacket she will shout at it and point until you get it down for her, and will refuse to wear anything else. Toddlers huh!
I am very impressed with the quality of the Trespass Suri Down Girls jacket and would definitely recommend other parents to check out Trespass for their kids outerwear. You can check out their website here. The price was pretty reasonable at £74.99 (and is actually down to £42.99 at the moment). I think the price fairly reflects the quality and the amount of wear your child will get out of the product. We’ve machine washed our Trespass Suri Down Girls jacket twice and it still looks brand new.
Where do you usually buy your kids outerwear from? We have a bit of a mix in this household!
**We were sent this jacket free of charge but all opinions are 100% our own**
